The Chardham Yatra refers to the pilgrimage to the four sacred sites in India, considered highly significant in Hinduism. These sites are Badrinath, Dwarka, Puri and Rameswaram. The Chardham Yatra is not only a journey of physical pilgrimage but also a spiritual quest for purification and enlightenment. It is believed that undertaking this yatra washes away one’s sins and brings ultimate salvation (moksha).
